On a Tuesday morning we continued our drive south, after stopping at the Pt. Arena lighthouse, and went to Bodega Bay (No 29 on map) where we joined up with several other Airstreamers from our Monterey Bay Unit of the Wally Byam Caravan Club International, (the Airsrtream group). We spent th next five days there and took side trips to Pt. Reyes, just south, and to the Russian River area and wineries in Sonoma County just east of us.

Twice we went to Pt. Reyes Station for food shopping (mostly artisan cheeses and fresh baked breads). Pt. Reyes Station is where Prince Charles and his wife, Camilla, just visited on there trip to the US.

We were fascinated with Pt. Reyes (one of our favorite places to visit) and enchanted with the lighthouse there.
