Sushi and Sukiyaki Parties

At the request of Cliff and Judy we brought down food supplies and dishes for sukiyaki and sushi parties while staying at the Caliente Springs resort. We were fortunate to have some Ahi Tuna that we could use for the sushi party and also for sashimi for happy hour times.


Here we are in Denny and Kay's home with Cliff and Judy and Lenny and Dianne getting ready to have a "roll-your-own" sushi party.

We had raw ahi tuna, avocado, cucumber, daikon (Japanese radish), grilled salmon and Japanese pickles.
