Caliente Springs Resort
Here are some scenes around the Calinete Springs resort
This is our Airstream trailer with San Jacinto peak in the background.
The RV just behind us had wireless satellite internet service.
We were able to "piggyback" on their service to access the internet
and email from our trailer.
Our cat, Aiko, is relaxing on the bed in the trailer.
We visited with our good friends, Cliff and Judy Akin, while at the resort,
just 6 sites up the street from ours.
Cliff and Judy were staying there for four months, January through April.
They enjoy coffee in the mornings from their garden terrace.
This is the view, looking west, the Akins enjoy from their garden terrace.
Next door is the lot (woth the "King of the Road' 5th wheel) of their
good friends, Lenny and Dianne Hayes
Our Airstream trailer is 6 sites up the street.
Here is Denny getting his golf cart ready to lead a parade around the resort.
Denny, and his wife, Kay, are active in the Garden Club at the resort.
Hence, the cart is decorated in Garden Club fashion.

to the parade.
Here is a 1948 Airstream that is at the resort and being used full time.
It is amazing to me to see a 57 year old trailer still being used on a daily
basis.
It surely must have some interesting stories to tell.
Note that an air conditioning unit has been added on the roof.
