It seems like a long time since I've written an article updating all of you on our unit
and various Airstream activities. I will attempt to keep this as short as possible but
I do want to let you know a little about International and the most recent rally... Thanks to the sharp eyes of our Region President, Judy Bechthold, I have discovered an error in my President's article. I stated that our unit voted to decrease our dues from $15 to $10 and it should have been decreasing them from $20 to $15. The dues renewal form at the end of the newsletter does have the correct amount. |

To Santa Clara Unit members and affiliates (or anyone interested in becoming a member or
affiliate). I hope all of you have had a great year and have had an opportunity to at last
do some Airstream activities. If not, we have some great sites planned for next year and the
2011 schedule will soon be sent out so try to plan to attend as many rallies as will fit
into your schedule.
At our last meeting, we voted to reduce the dues for our unit by $5 to $15 to help defray the cost of the $10 increase in International dues. I hope this small $5 overall increase will not discourage any of you from rejoining our great unit and club. If you have any questions or concerns about our unit, International, or upcoming events, please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to answer your question or find out who can. I have attached a renewal form that I would appreciate you completing and sending to Kathy Hampel with your dues. This will help us ensure that we have all the proper information for our next year's roster. Please try to send Kathy your dues as soon as possible so that she can get everything sent to International in October. | September Buddy Rally Schedule & Coupon | There is limited space in Monterey so the Stimmels must know by August 7 if you plan to attend. Please mail your coupon asap. If you are off on a vacation and don't get this email in time to mail the coupon to arrive by then, please email them. |
| May/June Newsletter | The rally at 49er RV Park this month was a really good one -- great weather, a good turnout (23 rigs), fabulous food, wonderful camaraderie, what else can I say. We could not have squeezed another rig into the circular group area... |
| May Round Table Notes | Notes from the round table discussion held at the May Rally at the request of Region President John Boutwell for input to the 2020 Planning Committee. The roundtable was attended by members of both Santa Clara and Golden West Units. |
| June Rally Schedule & Coupon | Remember this year we all get to watch the parade in Patterson. It is a really fun parade and all the great vendors to visit afterwards. Be sure to get your coupon and money to Babs Stimmel by May 18. |
| March/April Newsletter | Bob and I attended our first Hobo Rally after being members of WBCCI since 2002. The weather was great except for some rain on Saturday before and after the Hobo Parade. |

| Jan Newsletter — Bodega Bay Rally Coupon | Our rallies for 2010 got a good start at Betabel RV Park with 20 rigs attending from the three units and no rain (which we’ve often experienced in January). |
