Using Adobe Acrobat Reader Suggestions

Just left click on the desired month

The file will start to down load to your computer and Adobe Acrobat Reader will automatically open it, allowing you to view your Poppy as it continues to down load.

Once the file is completely down loaded, you can also print it or just save it as a file to your computer for later reference

  • To Print:
    1. To print just click the printer icon at the top of the Adobe Acrobat Reader program.
      • It works best if you don’t use the printer icon in the Internet Browser but use the one in the Adobe Acrobat Reader program window and follow on screen prompts and just click Print
        • After clicking the Adobe Acrobat Reader printer icon a printing option box will open
        • You will get a single sided copy -- printed on one side of each page
    2. If you want to get a little fancier, you can print to both sides of a page.
      • After clicking the Adobe Acrobat Reader printer icon a printing option box will open
        • Look through the print options you will see "All pages in range"--- Click on the little arrow on the right and a print Odd or Even pages will appear.
        • From this point I select Print all Odd pages, then remove the printed Odd side and reinsert it so I can print to the other side.
  • To Save --- to your computer:
    1. If you would like to save the file to your computer for quicker later reference, file down not required again
      • Click on “file” in the Adobe Acrobat Reader program, on the left at the top of the program
      • Then Click “Save Copy as” and follow the prompts
  • If you have any questions try catching Dennis R at the next rally for a demo.
